A. Product Availability
- Although we shall endeavour to indicate on our blog and Facebook pages when an item is out of stock, there may be instances when it is not so indicated for some reason. Therefore, for the avoidance of doubt, confirmation on stock availability could only be made via our confirmation to you after you e-mail us your order request. All products are limited in quantity and may at any time be sold out.
- Re-stock Items - Most, if not all, of our products are ready-stock products unless indicated otherwise. Items that are out of stock OR out of stock but will be re-stocked (“re-stock items”) shall be so indicated on the page showing the item(s). For re-stock items, please message or e-mail us your enquiry and we will inform you of the estimated arrival date of the re-stock items. If you confirm your order for any re-stock items, we will inform you via e-mail once the re-stock items have arrived at our premises. Thereafter, unless full payment is made within three (3) working days after we inform you, your order may be automatically cancelled without notification.
B. Product Condition
- The colour and packaging of the actual product may vary from that which is shown in the pictures on our blog or Facebook pages.
- The packaging box of a product may also not be in perfect condition due to slight damage(s) during delivery/ shipping.
- We will inspect all items prior to sending them out to our customers.
- Do note that as some parts of our wooden products are hand-painted and as such, there may be some imperfection in certain parts/items in relation to the paint work.
C. Pre-Order Products
- For pre-order items, payment of 50% of the item price (“deposit”) is required.
- We will inform you of the estimated time of arrival of a pre-order item in our confirmation reply. However, we shall not be liable for delays on the actual arrival of the item due to delays on the part of our overseas supplier or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as unfavourable weather conditions during shipment or delay during customs clearance. Kindly refrain from placing an order if you are unable to wait for the arrival of the pre-order item.
- Upon arrival of the pre-order item, we will inform you as soon as possible and the balance amount payable for the item is to be paid within three (3) working days after we have so informed you. Delivery of the item will be made after we have confirmed that the balance amount has been duly paid. If no payment of the balance is received after the specified time period, your order will be automatically cancelled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
- As we are unable to inspect the items ordered from overseas when we place the order for you, all risks in relation to a pre-order item and shipment/delivery of the item shall be borne by you.
- In the event that the deposit has been paid but our supplier informs that the item is out-of-stock or unavailable for some reason, we shall refund the full amount of the deposit to you.

D. Returns Policy
- Goods sold are non-refundable and generally non-exchangeable.
- We shall not be held responsible for damage(s) to the sold item that occur during delivery/ shipping.
- If, however, the item you receive from us had been grossly misrepresented or has serious manufacturing defect(s), kindly inform us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours upon receiving) and checking of the item. Once we confirm that you may return the item to us for exchange (only), you are required to return the item (send out) to us within 48 hours (2 days) upon receiving our return confirmation e-mail. The item returned must be in the same condition and packaging as when it was received by you.
