1. Upon the confirmed receipt of your payment, we shall send out the item(s) to you within the next one (1) ~ three (3) working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays). Your item(s) will be sent to you via Skynet courier service.
2. COST – For West Malaysia, RM10 for up to 2kgs and RM2 for every additional 1kg thereafter. For East Malaysia, RM14~16 for up to 2kgs and RM12~14 for every additional 1kg thereafter, depending on which town/ city.
3. Once your item(s) have been sent out, we shall inform you of the tracking number for your item(s)via e-mail.
4. When providing your mailing/ shipping address, kindly provide an address where there will be someone to receive the item(s) when delivered. Hence, we would prefer a work/ business address. We shall therefore not be held responsible for the late or non-delivery of your item(s) if:
(a) The address given was incorrect; or
(b) There was no person present at the address given to receive the delivery of item(s).
